Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully before submitting diabetes test strips to TrustedDiabetic.

By proceeding, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and reside in the United States of America.

You acknowledge that www.trusteddiabetic.com, operated by Apraksin Scale Inc., provides a platform that allows individuals to sell excess diabetes test strips.

You represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of the items being submitted, or that you have been granted proper legal authority by the rightful owner to sell them. If any item is later determined to be lost, stolen, or unlawfully obtained, no payment will be issued and the items will not be returned.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustedDiabetic, Apraksin Scale Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or disputes arising from the items you submit.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from TrustedDiabetic via SMS, phone calls (including automated or prerecorded messages), email, and postal mail.

You confirm that all diabetes test strips submitted are in factory-sealed boxes.

Only test strips that are unexpired and have a minimum of eight (8) months remaining before expiration at the time of shipment will be accepted. The current month is considered month “0” when calculating expiration.

Any boxes received that are expired will not be compensated and will be disposed of. Boxes received in damaged condition will also not be compensated and may be donated if suitable for community use.

TrustedDiabetic accepts only U.S. domestic test strips with valid NDC codes and does not purchase international products.

Price quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued, provided the items received match the details submitted during the quote request. All shipments are inspected upon arrival. If discrepancies are found (such as retail vs. mail-order packaging), TrustedDiabetic reserves the right to adjust payment accordingly. Submitted items are not returned, and it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure accuracy.

TrustedDiabetic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any submission at its sole discretion. Limits may be applied per individual, household, or quote. Any submission deemed fraudulent or non-compliant with applicable federal or state laws may be rejected.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. Any portion deemed unenforceable will be separated from the agreement, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
