Shipping Instructions

Shipping your unused diabetic supplies is quick and easy. Following these simple guidelines helps protect your items during transit and ensures a fast inspection process. Once your package arrives and your supplies are inspected, we send your payment the same day.

Step 1: Check Your Supplies

Before shipping, make sure your diabetic supplies are:

  • Factory sealed

  • Unexpired

  • Free from significant damage

  • Stored in a clean, dry environment

For more information, visit our Product Condition Guidelines page.

Step 2: Leave Pharmacy Labels On

Please do not remove pharmacy or shipping labels from the product boxes.

Many labels can damage the packaging when removed. Our team uses professional methods to safely remove and securely destroy any personal information after your package arrives.

Step 3: Pack Your Supplies Carefully

Proper packaging helps prevent damage during shipping.

We recommend:

  • Using a sturdy cardboard shipping box

  • Wrapping products with bubble wrap or packing paper

  • Filling empty space with cushioning material so items cannot move

  • Avoiding padded envelopes or soft mailers whenever possible

If you are shipping multiple products, placing the original product box inside a second shipping box (double boxing) provides additional protection against crushing or impact.

Step 4: Seal the Package

Use strong packing tape to securely seal every opening of the shipping box.

A properly sealed package reduces the chance of damage during transportation.

Step 5: Request a Prepaid Shipping Label

Need a shipping label?

Simply email us at sales@trusteddiabetic.com, and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label for qualifying shipments.

Please include:

  • Photos of the front and back of each product

  • Expiration dates

  • Your name and shipping address

Our team will review your supplies and send your prepaid label if your items qualify.

Step 6: Ship Your Package

After attaching the prepaid shipping label:

  • Drop your package off at your local USPS location.

  • Keep your receipt and tracking number until delivery is confirmed.

Tracking allows both you and our team to monitor your shipment.

Step 7: Inspection & Same-Day Payment

Once your package arrives, our team will:

  • Inspect your supplies

  • Verify product condition

  • Confirm expiration dates

  • Review quantities

If everything matches the submitted photos and meets our purchasing requirements, payment is sent the same day your supplies are received and inspected.
