Product Condition Guidelines

If you are planning to sell diabetic supplies, it is important to ensure that your items meet our condition requirements before shipping. Following these guidelines helps prevent delays, protects your supplies during transit, and ensures a smooth transaction.

Accepted Product Conditions

We only purchase diabetic supplies that are:

  • Factory sealed

  • Unopened

  • Unexpired

  • In good resale condition

  • Free from significant damage

Before shipping, carefully inspect each box for signs of damage, tampering, moisture, tears, dents, or missing seals.

Products that are opened, resealed, expired, heavily damaged, or altered cannot be purchased.

Check Expiration Dates

Always verify expiration dates before sending supplies.

We only purchase products that meet our minimum expiration requirements. Expired products cannot be purchased or returned.

Please ensure expiration dates are clearly visible when taking photos for a quote.

Do Not Remove Manufacturer Labels

Please do not peel, remove, or alter manufacturer labels.

Removing labels can damage the packaging and reduce the product's resale value. Torn boxes may become ineligible for purchase.

For your privacy, any personal information found on packaging is securely removed and destroyed after we receive the products.

Document Your Shipment

Before mailing your supplies, we recommend taking:

  • Clear photos of all boxes

  • Photos of expiration dates

  • Photos of the shipping package

  • A short video showing the condition of the products

This documentation helps protect both parties in the event of shipping damage or package disputes.

Packaging Guidelines

Proper packaging is extremely important.

Always use a sturdy cardboard shipping box. Do not ship diabetic supplies in padded envelopes, poly mailers, or soft packaging materials.

A strong box helps protect supplies from:

  • Crushing

  • Bending

  • Corner damage

  • Transit impacts

Double-Boxing Recommended

For additional protection, place the original product boxes inside a second, slightly larger shipping box.

Double-boxing helps prevent:

  • Dents

  • Compression damage

  • Corner crushing

  • Packaging tears

This extra layer of protection is especially recommended for larger shipments.

Use Proper Cushioning

Center your supplies inside the shipping box and leave enough space around all sides.

Use protective materials such as:

  • Bubble wrap

  • Packing paper

  • Air pillows

  • Shipping foam

Fill empty spaces to prevent movement during transit.

Products that shift during shipping are more likely to arrive with damaged corners or crushed packaging.

Inspection Upon Arrival

All products are inspected upon arrival.

We verify:

  • Product condition

  • Packaging condition

  • Expiration dates

  • Factory seals

  • Product authenticity

Items that do not meet our purchasing requirements may be rejected.
